THLady Morfydd became active in the Society in A.S. XXX, and was selected 'The Most Gracious Lady' at her first event. THLady Morfydd has served in the Reeve's office and as the Arts & Sciences Officer, and after serving a term as Eastern Reporting Deputy to the Kingdom Exchequer she stepped up herself as Kingdom Exchequer from September of A.S. XXXIX (2004) until September of XLI (2006). As Sol Haven's Dance Mistress she had conducted many European dance classes and is a journeyman member of Saltare, the Kingdom's Dance Guild. She and Lord Ernán Ó Conaíll organized the dancing and entertainment for the Red Rose Ball at Fall Crown List in A.S. XXXI, and she was in charge of organizing the European Revel at Fool's War in A.S. XXXI (1997) as well as at other events. Morfydd was the Autocrat for the LEGENDS VI: Men in Kilts in June of A.S. XXXII, and for Legends IX:Siege of Constantinople in June of A.S. XXXV. THLady Morfydd ran several troll shifts at Gulf Wars IX in March of A.S. XXXIV and Gulf Wars X in A.S. XXXV, and was chief troll/reservation steward for Legends X: Brian Boru in June of A.S. XXXVI (2001). She was the Autocrat again for Legends XI: Olympus on Earth in June of A.S. XXXVII (2002), served Deputy Autocrat for Legends XIII: Yellow Brigantine in June of 2004. and most recently Autocratted the Fall Coronation of Boru and Deirdre in September of 2005. She was the quartermistress for Gulf Wars XI, and was slated to be the Deputy War Exchequer for Gulf Wars XI in March of A.S. XXXVII (2002). Unfortunately, she had to withdraw due to advanced pregnancy and doctor's orders, but she was on the Exchequer's staff for Gulf Wars XII & Gulf Wars XIII, and was the Deputy War Exchequer for Gulf Wars XIV in March of 2005 and for Gulf Wars XV in March of 2006, and for Gulf Wars XVI in March of 2007. Morfydd was a Feastcrat for Red Tower XXX in October of A.S. XXXVII (2002), and did a stellar job -- rave reviews. She was a part of the desert team for the White Rose Ball at the Spring Coronation of Maximillian and Leofwynn in April of A.S. XXXIX (2005), and was the Head Cook for Legends XIV: Boudicca in June of A.S. XL (2005).
In the arts & sciences, she also has a background in drama, and she directed and helped to write the comic performance of "Vlad the Impaler: In Search of the Lost Descendants" performed by "The Sol Haven Players" at Legends V in A.S. XXXI.
THLady Morfydd is the Lady Wife of Lord Ernán Ó Conaíll and is the proud mother of 8 year old Padraig Ó Conaíll and of nearly 5 year old Catrin verch Morfydd. She has also taken as Ladies-in-Waiting Lady Isabetta Asini (now deceased), Lady Muirenn Camshron, and Lady Arianna Dellaluna. A recent college graduate, she has lately returned to the mundane workforce and is not currently as active as was formerly the case, but this is a very hard-working and valuable Lady and we hope that she will be participating more again in the future.
THLady Morfydd's name and her device (Quarterly purpure and argent, in bend a mask of comedy and a mask of tragedy argent, a bordure counterchanged), and also her household name for House of the White Mask and household badge ((Fieldless) An enfield rampant within and conjoined to an annulet purpure maintaining in its sinister talon a mask of comedy argent) are registered with the College of Arms.
